When you book a Disney Resort hotel and park tickets together as a package, you will not receive your park tickets until you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel.
When you check-in, you will be given your Key To The World cards which will act as your hotel room key and also contain your park tickets.
When you arrive at a Disney park, you simply put your Key To The World card through one of the machines which are located at each of the entrance turnstiles in order to gain entry.
