Welcome back to planDisney, Nicola! I'm so happy you returned to us with another question as you prepare for your third Disney Cruise! More magic and memories await you.
It sounds like you are well prepared with ground transportation for a smooth transition between your time at Walt Disney World and your Disney Cruise. I'd love to help you prepare for the online check-in process. Silver Castaway Club Members may begin
checking in for their Disney Cruise online via the Disney Cruise Line website or on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app up to 33 days before their sail date.
You will need to gather travel documentation, birthdates, addresses, emergency contact information, pre and post-cruise travel details, credit card information, and a photo to upload that meets the security guidelines for each guest in your travel party. The photo must be taken from the shoulders up against a plain wall. Please remove hats, accessories, and glasses before taking the photo for a clear picture of your face. It's helpful to have the photo in the .JPEG format for easy uploading.
Once your online check-in process is complete, you will receive a port arrival form. You will need to bring your port arrival form (whether printed or digitally) with you to the port along with your passports for the
in-person check-in at the port. Keep these important documents in a carry-on bag along with any prescription medication with you. If you'd like to enjoy the Florida sun soon after boarding, consider packing swimsuits, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat in your carry-on luggage as well. You could be enjoying an ice cream cone poolside shortly after boarding!
Nicola, I hope you have a terrific time on your upcoming holiday. Please visit us again at planDisney if you have any further questions. My pals and I are here for you!
Bon Voyage,
Adrianna
