    Hi, I am travelling from the uk this august but haven't purchased my tickets yet. We also have a booking for August 2016, staying onsite with the DDP, these tickets have been purchased. Can I upgrade my pass to an annual pass? Disney UK weren't clear.

    Hello Simon and thank you for bringing your valued question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. 
    This is a rather tricky question to answer because as I understand it Ultimate Tickets which are purchased in advance as part of a Walt Disney World Resort package (as you've already done for August 2016) do not become valid until that check-in date. 
    However British Guests like you and I can indeed upgrade our UK exclusive Ultimate Tickets to the Passholder Program upon arrival at Walt Disney World Resort by visiting a conveniently located Ticket Sales Booth outside the main entrance of each Disney Theme Park. 
    For a definitive answer I really think it may be worth you speaking with a knowledgable Cast Member in Existing Tickets by dialling the UK freephone telephone number found contained in this Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.
