Hi we are travelling in two weeks time and staying at Saratoga Springs, do you recommend on line check in? Also how do we request a certain area of the resort? We would like to be situated by the main area, pool, food etc.. Thank you for your help.

Hi Lyndsey! I'll be happy to assist you with this question. You may certainly check-in online prior to arrival. However, keep in mind you won't be able to specify a room request at that time. Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort is a sprawling resort. Take a look a the resort map here. If you don't have a car I would recommend a room in the northeast side of The Springs. You may request the following room block: 3501-3836, but please keep in mind that room requests are not guaranteed. However, Cast Members will try to accommodate your preference based on the resort's occupancy, and other factors, at the time of your arrival. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance. Your family will enjoy an amazingly memorable vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort!
