I will be travelling with a toddler and plan on spending a day at Magic Kingdom. Is it possible to spend the morning at the park, leave for our hotel and then return later in the afternoon? Thanks!!

    Hi Sabrina!

Yes, it is totally possible to spend a morning in the Magic Kingdom and then go back to your hotel or Resort for the afternoon and then return to the Magic Kingdom for the evening.  Keep in mind that it will take time out of your day to do this, but it will be worth it to avoid any toddler meltdowns. It will take at least 20 to 30 minutes to get back to your Resort if you are staying on Walt Disney World Property and around 45 to 90 minutes to get back to your hotel if you are staying off property.  Often for young children, the pool at your Resort may be the highlight of your vacation for them! I would also recommend having your toddler take a nap and try to stick to your child's normal schedule on your vacation as much as possible.

I hope that your next Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical for you and your family!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
