I am travelling with three small children from Animal Kingdom Lodge to Chef Mickey's on November 17th for brunch. I would like to use the Minnie Van service, but I am concerned about safety. Can I request a car with three car seats?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Samantha! I just know your family is ready for some Mickey waffles! The incredible breakfast selections from Chef Mickey’s hit the spot when you start your morning with the Fab Five.

Walt Disney World Resort’s Minnie Van Service offers guests an easy way to catch a direct ride to their destinations in polka dot style. My family of four often calls a Minnie Van using the LYFT app to make our way to breakfast or home in the evenings from Disney Springs. While each van does come with two Forever Car Seats for your use, the cars do not have the capacity to fit three car seats. If you have another adult traveling with you, you can call a second van, or depending on your breakfast time, your family can take the Magic Kingdom bus from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge and walk the 5-8 minutes from the bus stop to Disney’s Contemporary Resort. You can check the bus schedule with you concierge at the Front Desk of your Disney Resort Hotel and they will know exactly what to do. Keep in mind that car seats are only required in the State of Florida for those age 5 and under.  My son, who is a few years older than this benchmark rides buckled up, in the back bench seat, with Daddy when we use our Minnie Van!

If I can help you find other activities for your three kids or recommend some free in-park games, please let me know. You’ve got a friend in me! ~ Lindsey P.
