Hey, Grace and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so glad you stopped by with this delicate and delicious question.
I understand the need to feed teenagers. Breathing is a stop between meals as they constantly inhale food like Winnie the Pooh does to honey. We only eat kosher meat and have been very pleased to see the addition of more kosher and halal foods at Walt Disney World Resort.
The good news is that during your magical two weeks you will be able to dine at most every table service restaurant at Walt Disney World Resort because halal meals are available even though there are no halal certified restaurants. I recommend emailing Disney Dining at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com as soon as possible and ask what they have available at every restaurant you would like to dine at and which ones, including your hotel, have
halal meals readily available for your two-week trip. After they tell you, write them back with your dates and selections. Please note you will find vegetarian and seafood options readily available at most dining experiences. Just be sure to ask if the dish is prepared with alcohol. Please follow up two weeks before your trip by calling (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463 to confirm your meal options. Here is a quick list of restaurants that currently serve halal: Tusker House Restaurant, Satu’li Canteen, ABC Commissary, Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant, Restaurant Marrakesh, Spice Road Table, Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe, and Tony’s Town Square Restaurant.
Outside of Walt Disney World Resort, there are many halal restaurants including a market. They will deliver to your hotel through a third party delivery service. Just google "Halal Walt Disney World" to see a great selection.
Grace, enjoy a wonderful trip with your family and making many delicious and Magical Memories!
