Hi there. We are travelling and staying in November at the Poly for our first trip!! We are looking to book a room on the side that faces the fireworks. Can you advise which building to stay in?

Aloha Leanne! Your first Walt Disney World vacation...and you are considering the Polynesian - great choice!  When booking your vacation, you will be able to choose from a standard, lagoon or theme park view (the price of the room goes up accordingly).  For best views of the fireworks from your room, you will want to go with a theme park view.

The longhouses that house rooms with the theme park view are:  Aotearoa, Tuvalu and Tahiti. Note: the Hawaii longhouse also has theme park views but this is a concierge building.  If you are able to fit it in your budget, this is also a great choice.

If a theme park view is not in your budget, you can always walk down to the beach in time for the Electric Water Pageant (held nightly, weather permitting, at 9:00 p.m.) and Wishes.  There are lounge chairs and hammocks available to you.

    Have a wonderful vacation, Leanne!
