I will be travelling to the park later this year and would like to be do the dining plan, but it says it only works for people 3 and older. What do I do about my one year old with a very healthy appetite?

Get ready to chow down, Eric! Planning your magical vacation with the Disney Dining Plan makes sitting down to dinner with the Beast a breeze!

You are completely correct, the Disney Dining Plan is for ages 3 and up! Children ages 3-9 are given child dining credits for the kid’s menu, while ages 10 and older choose from the adult menu. Disney assumes that smaller children (2 and under) will share from a parent’s plate. Seeing that you have a one-year-old with a healthy appetite, much like my daughter, you’ll be able to purchase items like a kids meal or an appetizer a-la-carte. Your family will pay out of pocket for these items, as you would for gratuities, if necessary.

If you get the chance to dine at Be Our Guest, make sure to try that gray stuff, because it’s delicious. (If you don’t believe me, you can ask the dishes!) Bon appetit! ~Lindsey P.
