Michelle, when booking a package that includes transportation, in this case
Le Shuttle, your booking will actually have been made by
DisneyHolidays.co.uk, which is part of Walt Disney Travel Company International, not directly with Disneyland Paris. When I booked this way last year, I received a confirmation letter attached to an email. This letter was several pages long, and one of them included all of the Le Shuttle information. If you cannot find this information, I’d recommend reaching out to Walt Disney Travel Company International. I have linked their

Have you heard about all of the new magic coming to Disneyland Paris this year? On 29th March 2026, the multi-year investment into Walt Disney Studios Park will open, with the park being reimagined as
Disney Adventure World! This will include the brand new World of Frozen, Adventure Way, and Adventure Bay, which will feature a brand new nighttime spectacular, Disney Cascade of Lights, which I cannot wait to experience for myself!
