Hey Howdy Hey Andrea and welcome to planDisney!
Ever since the opening of
Star Wars: Galaxies Edge in Hollywood Studios, building lightsabers at
Savi's Workshop and droids over at
Droid Depot are high-demand experiences for many. There are so many things to do while you are visiting Batuu not only building your droids and lightsabers but the attractions, the snacks, the drinks and just taking in the land itself is an out-of-the-world experience! I am so glad to hear you are thinking about visiting and taking advantage of these experiences on your next trip so let's talk about booking!
It sounds like you are well ahead of the game in that you are working with a travel agent that is doing a lot of the hard work for you and you should just be getting super excited for your trip. One thing that I would do, is to reach out to your travel agent and ask if booking both Savi's and the Droid Depot are something that they do,
Enchanting Extra Collection bookings as we call them! Most times travel agents are happy to do this for you so around the 60-day mark they will get this done on your behalf. If for some reason, your travel agent does not book these offerings, or you wanted to book them yourself, you can get this done through your
My Disney Experience app or online.
I am sure you are already planning on experiencing the attractions in Batuu but make sure you have a plan when it comes to
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. This super-popular attraction is known for its amazing experience and long wait times. I would recommend taking advantage of
Early Morning Entry for this experience if you can or purchasing
Individual Lightning Lane access for this. No matter what, you won't want to miss this attraction on your next trip!
Ok, I can keep going on for a while about all there is to experience in Batuu but the last thing involves drinks. There are so many food and drink options when it comes to Batuu but your trip is not complete until you visit the
Milk Stand. You have your option of either Blue or Green milk and passionate arguments can be made for either. It's a fun experience getting both and seeing how different the flavors are and how each in your party may or may not like one versus the other!
Best of luck with the continued planning of your upcoming trip in January. You have so much to look forward to and I am so excited for you to experience all that Walt Disney World has to offer! Please stop back and let us know if you have any further questions, we would be happy to help!
Happy planning,
Nick
