Welcome back, Carly!
Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with another great question. My family adores visiting the Walt Disney World Resort Water Parks, especially
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.
There are certain attractions with no height requirement, where your little one will be able to ride with you, however, most of the slides are single-rider and you would not be able to ride together. Generally, although there isn't a height requirement, in my experience, most of the larger attractions at the water parks do require Guests to be able to ride alone and have basic swimming ability. There are awesome experiences for little ones to have their own splash-tastic time at both of the water parks. My kiddos could spend all day at
Ketchakiddee Creek. I'll never forget how adorable my daughter's squeals of excitement were splashing around the water wonderland.
Tike's Peak at Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park also has pint-sized attractions for your little one.
As far as transportation, you will find bus service to both of the water parks. Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park shares a bus route with Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, but the bus marquee will show both so you know which one to get on.
Please let us know if there is anything else we are able to assist you with and have a wonderful vacation.
Magical Wishes,
Lauren
