We will be travelling with a 16 month old, 9 yo and 11 yo. What play areas and pool will they be able to enjoy together?

    Hello Lindsay!

Pool time is a must whenever we're on the Disney Cruise too. I'm sure your kids will love checking out all the play areas available to them while onboard. I see from a previous question that your youngest cruiser in the family is already potty trained, so that means splashing away at Mickey's Pool will be top on your list to check out first. If all the kids want to do a bit more swimming, then Donald's Pool is the family pool that they all can enjoy if you are sailing on the Disney Dream or Fantasy. The family pool on the Magic and the Wonder is called Goofy's Pool. Conveniently, the kids pool and the family pool are in very close proximity to each other, that the kids can actually go back and forth as they explore the pool deck. Hanging out poolside can be a whole day affair, so you'll be glad to know that food and drinks are right there too. Even ice cream!

If the kids get tired, then watching a movie on the big screen while wading in the family pool can be fun too. Don't forget the sunscreen - you'll surely be enjoying a lot of nice warm sun during your voyage.

Have a great time planning your cruise. You know where to find us if you have additional questions. We're always glad to help, Lindsay!

    Happy planning,
    ~ Dolly
