    We are travelling to Miami and plan to rent a car to drive to Orlando. We will be staying in the Wilderness Lodge, could you please tell me if there is any car rental company offering pick up services at the hotel or which would be the closest drop off?

    Hi Laura!

    There are two rental car counters on Disney property.  They are owned and operated by National/Alamo.  One of the counters is at the Dolphin Hotel in the Epcot area of Walt Disney World and the other is at the Car Care Center near the Magic Kingdom.  The Car Care Center offers a shuttle to pick up guests or return them to their resort.  If you drop off your car at the Dolphin, you can simply hop on a complimentary Disney bus at that resort to the Magic Kingdom.  From there, you can board a boat or bus to Disney's Wilderness Lodge.
