Hi I am travelling in may and when I go on to the Disney app I can see that all 4 of us (me,hubby and 2 kids ) all have tickets. But when I go into the section that says magic bands and cards. I am not assigned any and my husband has 2 cards assigned.

Hey Howdy Hey Lauren and welcome to planDisney!

I bet you all are getting so excited for your trip coming up in a few short weeks! I love how proactive you are in looking into your MagicBand selections before your holiday. I found out a few trips ago how easy it was to get the MagicBands confused when they had mine linked to my five-year-old daughter! I am happy to share two ways you can go about addressing this issue which I have had to use both so let's get into it.

The first and easiest way that I found to have this corrected before your vacation is to call Disney and discuss this issue. The Cast Member can easily get this done over the phone and ensure things are all set for your vacation. The second way you can have this adjusted is by visiting the front desk of your resort at check-in. There you can review MagicBand and card assignments with the Cast Member and they can make any corrections you need. This should be a really quick fix and hopefully the worst you have with your holiday!

Since you will be joining us here in the Most Magical Place on Earth real soon, I hope you have some time cut out to enjoy everything that EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival has to offer. From the spectacular gardens, topiaries and flower arrangements and seasonal food offerings, this festival has grown to be one of my favorites!

Have fun planning the rest of your holiday and let us know if you have any further questions!

    Have a Magical Day,
