Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Lualhati. I'm so happy you stopped by and even happier to see you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in a few weeks! You must be counting down the days with excitement.
As a mom of three, I know that traveling with little ones in tow can be stressful. Fortunately, the Walt Disney World Resort offers lots of family-friendly services that make vacationing with your kids a breeze, like
Rider Switch,
stroller rentals, and
complimentary cribs, just to name a few. To answer your question, yes, you may request a bed rail for your stay at
Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside. Just be sure to stop by the Front Desk to make that request upon arrival. You can also make the request by calling Housekeeping from your in-room phone. Unfortunately, potty seats are not available at Disney Resort hotels. If that's an essential item for your family, I recommend packing a portable one.
Did you know there's a conveniently located
Baby Care Center in each of the four theme parks? Each Baby Care Center features a changing room, nursing space, living room area with seating (and cartoons!), and an onsite shop with baby care essentials for purchase. What I most loved about the Baby Care Centers when my kids were toddlers is that there are toddler-sized potties in the restrooms, perfect for little ones!
I hope this was helpful, Lualhati. Please let us know if you have any other questions about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! We'd love to help you plan a magical stay.
