we are travelling in june to WDW with our 3 and 5 year old kids. What would you recommend to us so that we can see Mickey as much as possible??!! Besides, what else (parks, activities) would be recommendable for this ages? water fun parks? Thanks a lot!

Hi Jimena! You will be happy to know that each park will have great Mickey Mouse meet and greet opportunities so no matter where you plan to spend your day Mickey will be there!  When you enter a park in the morning be sure and pick up a Times Guide for all events happening that day as well as stop at Guest Services and find out exactly the locations and times to see Mickey.

Make sure you see the Magic Kingdom parades as Mickey is featured in them all. I love the street party that takes place three times a day called Move It, Shake It, Celebrate It as the kids can get into the street and actually dance with Mickey.  Another dining event that will allow the kids to dance and interact with Mickey is Mickey's Backyard Barbecue in Fort Wilderness. This can get a bit crowded but if this doesn't deter your kids then let them out on the dance floor to have a fun filled evening. Chef Mickey is another favorite character dining spot for families. This is at the Contemporary Resort and you will have the chance to meet Mickey and some of the other fabulous characters such as Goofy, Pluto, Minnie, and Donald. Make your reservations early for these as they fill up quickly. 407-939-3463

The water parks are a great idea for all families in the hot summer months. I suggest Blizzard Beach for the age of your children as they have great kiddie areas and the next step up to that if your five year old wants something a little more daring. The Lazy River is one of my favorite rides there and because it is long you can enjoy it all day without getting bored.  There are plenty of inner tubes with bottoms for the little ones too.

Each park has wonderful age appropriate attractions for your children. You can review the list on the website or if you would like a list of these attractions please let me know and I can get that for you.
