    Travelling with 2 x DS (13 & 10) Jan 3-12, 2013. Was waiting to see if free dining offered with new specials - but nothing. I have 5 x ADR's booked. Should I make package booking for PORR now & make alterations if free dining comes up in future s

    Hi Hayley!

    If you have some set travel dates and a resort in mind, I'd definitely recommend that you secure your preferences now by reserving your package and paying the small deposit. Once booked, you can link your dining reservations to your Magic Your Way Package.

    Then, keep an eye on the Walt Disney World website's 'Special Offers' section.
    If a new offer happens to come out, call in and advise the Cast Member that you have an existing reservation and would like to switch to the offer you've seen online. The Cast Member will advise you of availability under the offer and process the switch for you if available.

    For example, I was once booked at Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter Resort when a 'Buy 4 nights Get 3 nights Free' offer came out. I called in, but that particular offer was sold out at POFQ. We couldn't receive a discount off our existing package price at a moderate resort, HOWEVER we ended up being able to upgrade to a Deluxe Resort under the new offer and our total package price remained almost exactly the same! We were thrilled!

    If any of your existing Dining Reservations required payment up front, the Cast Member will also be able to help you receive a refund and switch them to your Dining Plan if applicable, once you've switched over to a Magic Your Way Package including the Disney Dining Plan.
