Welcome to planDisney Katilyn! It looks like your trip is right around the corner, hooray!
My daughter's first trip to the Disneyland Resort was when she was 4 months old, we have the most magical photos together as a family that we will cherish forever! I totally understand the need for a plan of where to store the milk prior to your trip, we were able to navigate this during that trip.
I called the
Disneyland Hotel and spoke to a very helpful Cast Member. The
Deluxe Studio rooms at the Disneyland Hotel Villas have a mini-refrigerator, similar to what you'd see in standard hotel rooms. I had no issues storing my milk in this type of refrigerator during our week-long trip, but there is not a freezer.
She did say that you can inquire with Bell Services when you arrive to see if they have an option to store your milk, as long as it is properly labeled. I would bring some extra plastic storage bags or another storage container to easily put your milk together in one bag as well. During our trip, I also would put ice from the hotel in plastic storage bags, and store the milk in a small soft-sided cooler in the refrigerator to ensure a cooler temperature for storage.
The Cast Member also told me that if you're interested in trying to upgrade your hotel room, the One Bedroom Villas do come with a full refrigerator with a built-in freezer. If you're looking to freeze your milk during your trip, this could be a great option to explore!
I also highly recommend utilizing the
Baby Care Centers while you're at the theme parks, they are such a wonderful amenity. I could feed my daughter, change her diaper, or just get away from the crowds for a bit and relax in a quieter environment. The Cast Members are wonderful, and there are necessities available for purchase in case you run out of diapers or wipes during your trip!
I hope this helps you plan for your upcoming trip Kaitlyn! I have taken many trips from the Midwest with young kids, so please do not hesitate to
follow-up with me if you think of any other questions. You've got a friend in me!
Have a magical day,
Melissa
