Hi, Laura!
Thanks for sending your question to us at Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Your
Walt Disney World vacation with a party of ten is going to be absolutely magical, so you are going to want to capture as many of those priceless memories as you can for future enjoyment.
Disney PhotoPass Service is the perfect way to ensure that
everyone gets in the shot as you travel the World! Don't forget to purchase Disney's
Memory Maker at least several days prior to arrival, as this gets you a great discount as well as gives you time to set up your account to your liking. You'll only need one Memory Maker for your
entire group.
In order to access everyone's pics, be sure that you are all linked in your
My Disney Experience account. Whoever purchases Memory Maker can set this up easily. Once you have your My Disney Experience account, hover over that tab on the Walt Disney World website, then click on "My Family & Friends". Scroll to the bottom and select "Add a Guest". At this point, you can either create everyone else's My Disney Experience account, or connect with those who have created their own. Once that list is complete, be sure to check that circle that enables you to share plans as well as the box for "My Disney PhotoPass Photos".
I really love the ease of getting everyone in the photo--even the one who usually takes all of the pictures. However, the kinds of pics you can get from a professional PhotoPass photographer can't be beat. Nighttime photos can be a challenge, but those captured using PhotoPass will be truly magical. Be sure to ask about MagicShots, too; check out this
Disney Parks Blog article to learn more. These may turn into some of your favorite images of all time!
Finally, prior to arrival, download the very useful
My Disney Experience mobile app on your mobile device. You'll be able to see all of those great shots right there as you tour the parks, and can instantly share them with family and friends near and far.
Happy planning, Laura! Be sure to send us more questions as you think of them. We love to help!
