We are travelling as a group of 4 adults and 1 child all on the dining plan, but also with an infant of around 10 months. When making dinner reservations for our party, do I need to book for the infant too or just for 5 of us eating?

Hello Adam and thanks for bringing such an important question to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel where as the current British Panelist it's my absolute pleasure to assist with your families plans to visit the wonder of Walt Disney World Resort.
As a self confessed Disney foodie I'm also a huge fan of the Disney Dining Plans and the amazingly good value and choice they've provided my family with over yEars which is why I'm quite sure you'll enjoy dining out on them too during your own upcoming jolly Disney holiday.
There are so many magical benefits of staying in a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel and one of those perks is being able to make Advanced Dining Reservations a whole 180 days prior to check-in and then for a further 10 days into your stay.  Plus I'm pleased to share that all Guests from the very young like your darling little 10 month infant to the simply young at heart should be included when securing any dining reservation at Walt Disney World Resort although of course all Mouseketeers aged up to the age of 3 years old are considered the honoured Guest of Mickey Mouse and can dine from an adults plate without incurring any additional charge.
Wishing your whole family a zip-a-dee-doo-dah Disney day!
    ~ Jane
