    Hi, We are travelling from GB to WDW in 1 week. Our confirmation email said that our travel documents would be shipped to our home address but we have yet to receive anything. When will this arrive?

    Welcome to planDisney.

    It's always a pleasure to assist my fellow guests from the UK, and I'm happy to help you locate your travel documents as your holiday is just around the corner.

    Here at planDisney we love to help you make plans for your holiday but we are unable to assist with your holiday reservation as that has to be done direct with the Walt Disney Travel Company International.  However, from personal experience I have received my travel documents 2-4 weeks in advance of my holidays, so please call our Disney experts on freephone UK number 0800 169 0730 and have your 8-digit booking reference to hand.  They should be able to assist you with this.  

    If you made your holiday booking with another UK tour operator you will need to contact them directly.
