Travelling to Florida for son's birthday Feb 5. He will be 4. Chef Mickey is already booked for a reasonable supper reservation for that age. Any other suggestions for what would be a great disney birthday experience for him. Can't be weather dependent.

    Hi there Sherri.

How exciting that you'll be celebrating your son's 4th Birthday at Walt Disney World!

There are lots of other fun dining locations my own son has enjoyed tremendously over the years. I'm happy to share a few other options with you.

One of my own son's long-time favourites has always been 'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Resort for the Best Friends Breakfast featuring Lilo & Stitch. Mickey (dressed in his Hawaiian best) and Pluto also visit at your table for autographs and photos at this wonderful breakfast which is served family style.

Another fun meal for younger boys is Hollywood & Vine for Disney Junior Play 'n Dine. This buffet-style character dining experience is offered at both breakfast and lunch time and features Disney Junior Characters such as Jake the Neverland Pirate, Handy Manny and Special Agent Oso. It's a fun-filled, musical meal and a great way to celebrate a birthday!

Last but not least, Cape May Cafe over at Disney's Beach Club Resort (located between Epcot and Hollywood Studios) serves up a wonderful buffet at breakfast time featuring many classic Disney friends. My son loves Donald's antics along with Chip and Dale and Goofy.

Reserve online today or call (407) WDW-DINE to check for availability.
I hope these suggestions help you out Sherri. Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
