Hi, we are travelling as a family of 5 and have booked 2 rooms, will we have rooms next to each other, do we have to request this? Thank you

    Hi Ian! Welcome to planDisney.

A spring Holiday at The World's Most Magical Place on Earth is in the making. Staying in a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel means you never have to leave the immersive magic after your theme park day. Enjoy complimentary Resort Transportation to all four theme parks, water parks, and Disney Springs. If you are renting a vehicle, resort and standard parking at the parks are included as well.

Through your online check-in, you can often make a room request. However, if it were me, I would make a call to the Disney Resort Hotel Reservation Help Center to talk to a Cast Member. While requests cannot be guaranteed, in my experience, Cast Members will do their best to accommodate your family. I also suggest you set adjacent or connecting rooms as a priority over check-in time. Alternatively, stop by the front desk upon arrival to ask kindly for your room request.

As a guest of Disney Resort, take advantage of your 30-minute Early Theme Park Entry to all four theme parks. This will give you access to those most popular attractions before the parks officially open. You also qualify to purchase Individual Lightning Lanes at 7:00 AM ahead of day guests who must wait until the park opens for the day.

    Keeping it Magical,
