Port Orleans Riverside is a beautiful resort, and it won't be long until you're strolling alongside the Sassagoula River! For a unique experience, you could also relax and explore your resort on a
Horse-Drawn Carriage Ride.
If you're anything like me, Victoria, my family goes through so many outfits on our
Disney World holidays, so it's great to utilise the
laundry facilities at the resorts. It also means there is more space in your suitcase for those magical
Disney souvenirs on your way home, as you don't need to pack quite so many clothes!
Port Orleans Riverside has
self-service laundry rooms equipped with washers and dryers, so your clothes will be sparkling in no time! Most accept credit or debit cards, and when I visited recently, I was able to use my UK credit card without any issues. I spoke to a Cast Member, and they hadn't been aware of any recent issues with laundry payments. However, if you come across any obstacles, just head to the
Front Desk of your hotel, and a Cast Member will happily assist.
Top Tip: If you'd like your Fairy Godmother to wave her magic wand and whisk away your laundry, there are
Dry Cleaning and Valet Laundry Services available as well! Just let Housekeeping know that you'd like to schedule a pick up, then head to the parks to enjoy your day!
