Hi travelling to Disneyworld last week of August 2013. 8 year old girl and 4 year old boy. Can you recommend a character dining meal for them. My son loves, Jake & the Neverland Pirates. My daughter loves everything.

    Hi Joanne,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!

Since your son loves Jake and the Neverland Pirates, Disney's Hollywood Studios will be great for him!  He can see Jake and other Playhouse Disney friends at the high-energy, fun show Disney Junior - Live on Stage!  Also, the character meal for him is Disney Junior Play 'n Dine at Hollywood & Vine.  You can enjoy breakfast or lunch there with characters from Disney Junior, including Jake. I have a daughter who just turned 8 years old who sounds like your daughter - she loves everything!  I checked with my daughter, and she said that if she could pick one character meal, it would be at Chef Mickey's, where you can enjoy a fun meal with Mickey and his friends.  I asked her to pick a second one, and she chose Cinderella's Royal Table to eat with the princesses.  Please do note that characters at all meals are subject to change without notice.

I hope that this gives you some ideas on where to enjoy character meals, Joanne!  Have a great time planning your trip, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
