we will be travelling to Disney World in 2 months. My children are ages 10 and 4 ( 2 boys). How can I find out before we visit what rides my 4 year old can get on or not. I would just like to prepare him on what rides he can get on. Thanks.

    Hi Cindy,

Walt Disney World attractions have height rather than age restrictions. For example, riders must be 44 inches or taller to go on Space Mountain in the Magic Kingdom.

    Here's a handy tool:
    1. go to Attractions
    2. select the Height tab on the left, then select your child's height
    3. you'll get a list of WDW attractions that your child can ride on.
    4. if you choose a height taller than your child, you'll discern which ones he is unable to ride.

If you have further concerns, just let us know! My son has been visiting WDW since the age of 2, and it's been such fun to see the new things that he can do each year. There are really a lot of options for younger kids, especially at the Magic Kingdom!
