Hi, there!
Allison, I'm so pleased to hear you're planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. And with a
little one in tow! You are sure to have a magical stay.
One of my favorite things about the Walt Disney World theme parks is that the magic is perfect for Guests of ALL ages. There are many
family-friendly attractions that your family can experience together! These attractions do not feature height requirements, so your baby can sit on your lap or be held in an infant carrier. Your little guy can even sit next to you, but I recommend keeping an arm around him if he does.
My daughter made her first visit to the theme parks when she was just 10-months old. She doesn't remember that trip, but my husband and I will never forget watching her eyes light up as she was immersed in the magic of Disney storytelling on popular attractions! As babies, my kids most loved attractions with gentle, easy tracks like Peter Pan's Flight and The Seas with Nemo & Friends. They also enjoyed peaceful boat-ride attractions like "it's a small world" and Na'vi River Journey. If your baby is starting to cruise, be sure to visit Dumbo the Flying Elephant. This attraction features an indoor playground where Guests can play while they wait to ride! The center of the playground is designed especially for little ones who are crawling or just beginning to walk.
Did you know there's a conveniently located
Baby Care Center in each of the four theme parks? Each Baby Care Center has a changing room, private nursing room, living room area with comfortable seating, kitchen, and onsite shop with baby care essentials available for purchase. It's the perfect place to take your little prince for a quiet diaper change or feeding in the midst of an adventure-filled day!
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Allison. Please let me know if have any other questions about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
