Hello! I am travelling to Disney World in May with a group of friends. We are all graduating law school and want to do something fun before we have to study for the Bar! Are there any special activities we can do to celebrate graduation? Thanks!

    Hi Ryne,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your question brought a big smile to my face because a bunch of friends and I celebrated our law school graduation with a May trip to Walt Disney World Resort too!! (I refuse to tell you what year that was...)

Our trip was memorable just because of where we were, but some of the special things that we really enjoyed were: Dinner at California Grill, Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour at Magic Kingdom Park and a leisurely spa morning at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Some newer experiences that I think would be tons of fun for your group would be the Ferrytale Wishes: A Fireworks Dessert Cruise or Wild Africa Trek at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park.

Some of the most memorable moments of our trip, though, were the “unplanned” ones, like splashing through puddles during a downpour at Epcot (while trying not to spill our margaritas) or petting a rather… affectionate goat at the Affection Section at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park. Don’t over-schedule yourselves - remember, you need to relax too!

Ryne, enjoy your last few weeks of fun! Law school and Bar school were definitely tough but the first few years of your law practice are often even tougher. Just remember: it gets better and becomes, dare I say it, fun… eventually! :)

    Have a Magical Day,
    Lynne
