Hi! We are travelling to Disney World at the end of September with our will be 11 month old. What attractions can he go on and is it ok if we don't have a carrier for him? Any tips on making this a magical experience for him would be very helpful! Thanks

    Hi Allison!

September is my favorite time to visit Walt Disney World Resort. It is so beautiful and thankfully, a bit cooler than the summer months. Our little ones have been visiting the parks since they were babies and I can assure you there is so much you can experience with your little prince.

There just happens to be a perfect planning site for information about traveling with children called Planning for Pre-School Kids and Little Ones. You can find a list of attractions suitable for your son, sample itineraries and tips and tricks for making the most out of your visit. I definitely recommend bringing a comfortable stroller from home, or renting one. Walt Disney World has their own available for rent, however, I much prefer the styles available from renting at such places like KingdomStrollers.com. One last tip is to make sure you take things at his pace and don't plan too much. He'll be much happier and you'll leave room for the unplanned magic of a Disney vacation.

I'd love to help you with any other questions you may come across, so please let me know. Have a wonderful vacation.

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family: graduations, pregnancies, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, reunions, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon. I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help add a little extra Pixie Dust to your next magical adventure. Learn More About Lauren
