    Hi Moms! We are travelling to Disney World in August. We are Canadian and hoping that the Premium Magic Bands are available for us as well. I logged in to change the colour/pick a premium band, however it does not work for us, will it for Canadians?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question, my fellow Canadian!

    I was absolutely thrilled to hear that new MagicBand Upgrade Options would now be available for a fee for Guests staying in a Walt Disney World Resort hotel. There are so many cute ones to choose from that it's going to be hard to pick just one for our upcoming Disney Parks vacation.

    I'm happy to say that, yes, Canadians can also choose to purchase a premium MagicBand and that they'll get delivered to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel, same as the standard solid-coloured MagicBands. You might want to wait a few weeks before you select your MagicBands, however, as I understand that the Premium ones are currently out of stock. That might be the reason why you weren't able to pick one when you logged in recently to make your choices. Keep checking your My Disney Experience account every so often before your trip (weekly would be best) to see whether your choice of MagicBand is back in stock. If you still aren't able to select any upgrades, say, three weeks before your vacation, please contact Walt Disney World Resort for more information.
