Hi there, we are travelling to Disney in September and our 12 year old daughter would like to do character dining. What character dining experience would you suggest for older children?

Hello, Krista! Welcome to the Moms Panel! Great question and I pulled all my resources...my own 3 boys! My boys range from 10 to 15 years of age and they were eager to help me with your question. Their top choice is Chef Mickey's. They feel that there is nothing better than partying with Mickey & the Gang. Their second choice is the Crystal Palace which is located inside the Magic Mingdom. Winnie-the-Pooh is a favorite no matter what your age. You will simply LOVE this dining experience. Now since you have a daughter, I would definitely recommend any of the Disney Princess dining experiences. The Princess Storybook Dining at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall or Cinderella's Royal Table are two MAGICAL dining experiences your daughter will love. I hope this helps as you continue with your planning. Thank you so much for visiting the Moms Panel. Please join us again real soon should any new questions or concerns pop-up. We are always happy to help our guests plan the vacation of a lifetime. May your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation be filled with many new and MAGICAL memories! ~Have a MAGICAL day and "SEE YA REAL SOON"!~
