    We are travelling to Disney in 48 days and have already made our dining reservations. The problem I have is we have looked in two books that give contradicting info on whether or not Capt. Jacks in Downtown Disney is part of the Dining Plan or not?

    Cap n' Jack's is, indeed, part of the Disney Dining Plan, and is a wonderful venue to enjoy a waterfront meal after a long day in the parks.  For a complete list of restaurants that participate in the Disney Dining Plans (along with some other very helpful information about the plans), please click HERE.  Have a wonderful trip!
