Hi Anji! Welcome to planDisney!
Oh boy! I'm excited about your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort over the holiday season! You are going to have a wonderful time taking in all the festive décor and holiday offerings!
With three days to visit all four parks, I think you have a solid plan in place to see it all! Having
Park Hopper tickets allows you to visit multiple parks in one day, which will give you the flexibility to fit everything into your schedule. With the Magic Kingdom slated to be open until midnight on one of your park days, starting the day at a different park will help you get the most out of this day. Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park typically opens earlier than the rest, so you can truly maximize your time here. I suggest having a solid plan in place to prioritize everything you want to do at Animal Kingdom, this way when you hop to the Magic Kingdom at 2 PM, you won't feel like you missed out on anything.
There will be
Bus Transportation available to get from Animal Kingdom to Magic Kingdom once Park Hopping begins. Once you arrive, you'll have plenty of time to experience it all with the park staying open so late. One thing to consider is if you plan on riding TRON Lightcycle / Run on this day. Since this attraction is currently utilizing the
Virtual Queue System, you can enter it at either time since you will not be starting your day here. The only way to ride it will be to purchase an Individual Lightning Lane at the beginning of the day. If you are staying in a Disney Resorts hotel, you can purchase it beginning at 7 AM. Otherwise, you'll need to wait until the official park opening time to do so. You will be able to select from available times, so just make sure that you choose a time after 2 PM to ensure you will be inside of the park!
Anji, I hope this information helps you plan for your upcoming stay! If you have some time, stop by Disney's Wilderness Lodge for a wonderful holiday treat. The main lobby is one of my favorite places to be during this season with its cozy, festive décor!
Have a magical day!
