Travelling with our daughter visiting magic kingdom. We know that we do not have to pay when she is under three. We will be visiting the park both before and after her third birthday. I have heard in that case she does not require a ticket is this correct?

    Hi Anna,

What a wonderful way to celebrate your princess's third birthday! As you know, children under the age of 3 do not require a ticket for admission to the Walt Disney World theme parks. Because your daughter will still be 2 at the beginning of your vacation, she will be considered as a 2-year-old throughout your stay and will not need a ticket.

Make sure you get a free birthday button for her to wear on her special day so that everyone you meet can wish her a happy day! I'm also including the link to information about planning a visit with preschoolers that you might find helpful.

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Please let us know if we can assist in any other way as you plan your magical vacation.
