Hi, travelling with a 6.5 yo and considering the in room babysitting. My dd has attended SImbasClubhouse and that was great. Just never had someone we do not know watch her in room. Anyone can recommend a service and a specific person to request?Thank

Hi Stacy!  My family used the in room sitting service many years ago for our children and now we use a sitting service for the grandkids.  We have had nothing but great experiences with each of the sitters we have had!

I recommend Kids Nite Out and they can be reached at 1-800-696-8105 or 407-828-3400.  There is a minimum of four hours but we never had any trouble with that since transportation time to our dining or other activities was always necessary.  We leave our cell phone numbers and had the front desk print a room key that didn't have the charging privileges on it so that the sitter could take the kids around the resort for a walk if they preferred.  They will not be allowed to take them swimming or give them baths for safety reasons.  When you call explain your child's likes and dislikes and they will truly try to match the sitter as best as they can.  If you have a preference to age and experience with the company be sure and state that as well. They have been great to work with for our family and I hope you have an enjoyable experience as well.  You can read more about their services by clicking HERE.
