We are travelling from Canada and see that the Canadian tickets are available (woohoo!!). I wanted to know if after removing the tickets included in our room stay, can we still make Fastpass+ selections prior to purchasing the Canadian Tickets?

    Hi Johnny,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question, my fellow Canadian! I was seriously thrilled to see that the Special Offer for Canadian Residents for Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets was back again this year. It really is a great deal!

The answer to your question depends on whether you’ve already purchased your family’s Theme Park Tickets for your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort. Ticket purchases are typically nonrefundable, so you may not be able to remove the ones that you’ve purchased with your Disney Resort Hotel Package. If you’d like to get a better picture of what your package’s inclusions are and whether you can remove the Tickets associated with your current stay, I’d recommend contacting Walt Disney World Resort by phone in order to “untangle” your vacation plans.

In order to make your FastPass+ selections, you’ll need to have your Theme Park Tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account. So you’ll need to purchase those tickets, either with the Canadian resident offer or regularly priced tickets, before making your selections.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions. We’re always here to help!

    Have a Magical Day,
