Hi there! We are travelling from Australia to go on our first cruise; on Fantasy in April! I was wondering if someone could explain gratuities to me? It's a bit different in Aus :) We are getting mixed messages as to whether they're included or not.

Ahoy Rebecca! (Or should I say G'day Mate!)?
Happy to hear you've planned a fabulous voyage on the Disney Fantasy! You're sure to be amazed at the sheer beauty of the ship, as well as all there is to see and do during your voyage.

Gratuities are not included in the cost of your cruise, but Disney Cruise Line gives you several ways to take care of tips for your trip!

You can contact Disney Cruise Line up to three days before your trip and pre-pay tips if you like. You can also add your tips to your onboard account. If you'd like to pay in cash, you can always stop by the Guest Services Desk and they will be happy to help you!

Gratuities are a way for guests to reward cast and crew members for excellent service, which you will certainly experience throughout your vacation. Gratuities are at your discretion, but you can find a tipping guide here.

I hope this helps! If you have any more questions, please come back and visit the Moms Panel. Happy Planning!
