Hi. I am travelling from Australia to Disneyworld very soon. I would like to know if I can get the Concierge of our Disney Resort Hotel to safe keep my passport instead of keeping it in the safe inside the room.

    Hi there, Cynthia!

It is wonderful to hear your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is so soon! Single digit countdowns always make me dance.

Most, if not every, Walt Disney World Resort Hotel has small boxes available behind the front desk. These work much like a bank's safety deposit box where it takes two keys to unlock them. One key is given to the Resort Guest and the other is kept with the Resort Hotel staff. They are perfect for small valuables such as credit cards, cash, passports and the like. I was traveling with our passports one year, as we were heading on a Disney Cruise after our stay and I felt much more secure with our items held here rather then in our room safe.

Safe travels, Cynthia, and have a wonderful vacation. Please let us know if there is anything else we are able to assist you with.

I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help add a little extra Pixie Dust to your next magical adventure. Learn More About Lauren
