Travelling from Australia & only have 2 days for Disney world. Have planned to stay in the park , & do Magic & Animal Kingdom. Where to stay that is central? My 11 year old wanted to stay at Wildness lodge. But I think it will be to far away?

    Hello Tracey!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You have chosen to visit two great theme parks. Pandora – The World of Avatar is now open for Guests at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and you will love to ride a banshee in Avatar Flight of Passage. A trip to the Walt Disney World Resort is never complete without a day at Magic Kingdom Park, because you just can't visit and not see beautiful Cinderella Castle. Also, you will be blown away by Happily Ever After, the brand new nighttime spectacular that features jaw-dropping fireworks, exciting music, and innovative projections.

Disney’s Wilderness Lodge is located in the Magic Kingdom Resort Area, so you are only a short water taxi or bus ride away from the most iconic theme park at Walt Disney World Resort. You will be centrally and conveniently located, and the hotel offers great dining and recreation options. I also suggest staying at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, and you will be able to enjoy a quick monorail ride from Magic Kingdom Park. I think this resort is great for children, and I especially enjoy their pools, as well as one of my favorite character meals: breakfast at delicious ‘Ohana. Both hotels offer complimentary bus transportation to Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

Thanks for stopping by, Tracey! I hope this helps you while planning.

    Best magical wishes,
    Thiana
