I will be travelling alone with 2 children ages 7 and 5. Are most rides for this ages group able to take 3 "bums"(lol) ?

We have a family of five, so I'm definitely familiar with the dilemma of having to fit 3 people together on an attraction.  Usually, my husband and I ride with our 3 year old daughter while our two boys ride together.  Fortunately, this works out well in most cases, so I'm certain that one adult with two smallish children will fit quite comfortably.

Actually, one of the great things about the attractions at Disney World is that most of them have benches that are designed for several people to sit in at once.

There are a couple of attractions where having your own seat is important.  I'm thinking of Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin and Toy Story Midway Mania.  On these attractions, guests have their own controllers in order to fire at objects.  Don't worry though, cast members will help you children load into the ride vehicle, and you will be able to see their car at all times.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
