Hello Jo!
Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for bringing your question our way!
I’m sorry to hear that your vacation plans were thwarted in 2020! I think a few of us were in the same boat as you. But, please don't fret! According to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (except for
Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. So, when you’re ready to visit, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth and ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket amount towards the purchase of a new ticket. You’ll pay the price difference and be ready to go.
If you have not already, add the
Theme Park Tickets to your Disneyland Resort account. To do this, log in to your account on the
Disneyland Resort Website. Then, select “My Disneyland” on the far right of the main page. Next, click on “Link Tickets” from the drop-down menu. Lastly, manually enter the numbers below the barcode on your tickets and add the name of the person using each ticket.
Next, make your
Theme Park Reservation. You should still be able to do so even though the tickets have expired. To do this select "My Disneyland" on the website and then click “Make Park Reservations.” Then, you’ll select your desired date and theme park. On the next page, accept the terms and conditions and select the continue button. You'll then receive a reservation confirmation email. You can also access the reservation system from the Disneyland Mobile App by selecting the “+” from the bottom of the screen and choosing the “Make a Park Reservation” button.
If you have any additional questions regarding your tickets, I encourage you to contact Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member would be happy to assist you further.
Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
