    HI traveling with a 3y/o and 11/2y/o for our first trip to WDW so trying to plan as best I can. We will be visiting AK then heading to Boma for dinner then to MK for MVMCP. Wondering best way to travel to each location from AK and time to allow. Thanks:)

    Hi Rachael!

    Buses run about every twenty minutes throughout Walt Disney World.  The best way to get from Animal Kingdom to the Animal Kingdom Lodge is to take the bus to the lodge.  It's a few minutes to reach the lodge once the bus departs Animal Kingdom.

    After dinner, you can just catch the bus from the Animal Kingdom Lodge to the Magic Kingdom.  I would plan on it taking about 45 minutes.  That assumes you just missed a bus and will have to wait about twenty minutes for the next one; I've included about 5 minutes for the bus to load up and twenty minutes for the trip itself.
