    we are traveling with our 2 yr old grandaughter to mk staying at akl, how far to get to akv and we need to comute back from mk to akl for afternoon naps, any idea of how long it will take us to make this trip. Thanks for the help.

    One of my favorite Disney transportation sites, the Transport Wizard at www.ourlaughingplace.com, says the bus ride from Magic Kingdom to Animal Kingdom Lodge is 21 minutes.  Just remember, though, that you'll need to budget in time to wait on the bus (at the most 20 minutes).

    Another good guide, The Unofficial Guide to Disney World, sites that it will take anywhere from 35 to 50 minutes and that sounds about equal to the Transport Wizard because those times include waiting on the bus.
