We will be traveling with a youth basketball team and would like information on group rates, there will be atleast 10 youth @ age of 15 and parents.we will be traveling 7/22-7/28/25

Welcome to planDisney, Juanita! I'm so glad to be able to answer your question today because there are so many things to consider when you're traveling with a large group. Let's chat about how to make your reservations and what kind of assistance is available!

Juanita, while there aren't typically discounted tickets or rooms for large groups, there is some help available with booking if your group requires 10 or more resort hotel room reservations. If your team will require 10 or more rooms, you should contact Group Reservations by phone and a Cast Member will be able to assist you in booking your stay. When it comes to theme park tickets, you can have each family purchase their tickets individually using the My Disney Experience app, or you can call the hotline for New Tickets for assistance purchasing admission for the entire group.

One of my favorite parts of traveling with a large group is dining together, and I've got some great recommendations for restaurants that accommodate large groups! Biergarten at EPCOT has big long tables that can seat large parties, and the buffet-style meal makes it easy for everyone to get what they want and split the bill evenly. Another delicious option is Boma - Flavors of Africa at Animal Kingdom Lodge, my favorite buffet at Walt Disney World. You can't go wrong with any buffet or family-style meal, which is the perfect style of dining for a big group of hungry athletes!

I hope this answers your question, Juanita, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical trip.
