    We will be traveling with a 5 year old, 2 year old and a newborn. Would the suggestions for strollers be to bring our own for the newborn and rent a double stroller for the other 2 or do you think the 5 year old would need a stroller?

    Hello Diane,

    A Walt Disney World Resort vacation involves quite a bit of walking and can be very exhausting, especially for young children. I used a stroller with my youngest daughter up until she was 7 years old, so I think renting a stroller big enough to accommodate your 5 year old and 2 year old is a very good idea. You may find that with 3 kids in tow you'll need one just to store and carry backpacks and shopping bags in addition to a place for tired little ones to rest. 

    I suggest bringing your own stroller for your newborn and then renting a double stroller from Kingdomstrollers.com instead of at the Theme Parks. I rented the strollers available at the Theme Parks when my children were younger, and they found them to be uncomfortable because they are made of hard plastic and do not recline. Another thing to consider is that the strollers rented at the Parks need to be returned upon exiting the Parks and Downtown Disney Area so, if your child is asleep, it's not an ideal situation. Carrying an exhausted child onto a bus and through the halls of your Resort to get back to your room is not very magical at all. With Kingdom Strollers, the strollers are delivered to and from your Resort hotel. All you have to do is choose the stroller you prefer, give them your Resort information, the time of delivery you will need and then the return pick up time, and they do the rest for you.
