I will be traveling with a 2.5 year old and a 1 year old in March 2015 for about 4-5 days. What is the best and most convenient resort to stay at? We want to make sure we can go from resort to park easily for naps, meals, etc. Any other tips?

    Hi Amy!

Your questions just brought me a very happy flashback of when my two boys were the same ages and I visited the Walt Disney World Resort! With that happy memory in mind, I would have to recommend the following resorts: Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort or Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. The reason why I strongly recommend these resorts is because of the transportation. These resorts have the monorail as the main mode of transportation which is extremely convenient when transporting your tots in their strollers. What I love about it is that you do not have to fold up your strollers to board the monorail and that is a big help. Also, these resorts are the closest to Magic Kingdom so it make travel time for naps and meals to and from your resort a lot quicker.

If you are looking to be closer to Epcot, I would recommend the following resorts: Disney's Beach Club, Disney's Yacht Club or Disney's Boardwalk Resort as you can walk over to Epcot in less than 10 minutes. You can also walk over to Disney's Hollywood Studios in about 15-20 minutes.

It has been a pleasure assisting you! Please be sure to send me any other questions you may have!

Thanks for sending your questions to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
