We are traveling with our 5 year old and twin 3 year olds. Are the rides able to seat 1 adult and 2 children in the same seat?

    Aloha Janelle!

Thanks for bringing another wonderful question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I can't wait for your family to make magical memories at the Disneyland Resort. I am happy to inform you that many attractions accommodate three people in a seat or offer seating for your family to ride together. Boat attractions such as "it's a small world," Pirates of the Caribbean, and Jungle Cruise make it easy to seat an entire family. There are also plenty of attractions that seat three people in one seat. For example in Disneyland Park, three can ride in the same vehicle on Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Peter Pan's Flight, and Haunted Mansion to name a few. In Disney California Adventure Park, you can share a clam shell in The Little Mermaid ~ Ariel's Undersea Adventure, a tractor in Mater's Junkyard Jamboree, and a car in Luigi's Rollickin' Roadsters. If you have any concerns over how to ride together, you can always ask the Cast Member at the entrance of each attraction for the best way to be seated.

If there are some attractions you want to experience that not everyone is tall enough to ride, you can benefit from Disneyland Resort's Rider Switch Service. This allows you to take turns riding while someone watches the children that cannot ride. It also lets the second person riding save time by entering through the FASTPASS line. Just ask a Cast Member at the entrance of these attractions about this service.

I hope this helps, and have a magical day!
