Ahoy, Celeste!
I'm so excited to hear you'll be sailing on one of Disney Cruise Line's transatlantic voyages in September. With port stops in England, Ireland, Canada, and five amazing days at sea, you're sure to have a magically amazing adventure!
One of the best parts of a Disney Cruise Line vacation is having access to top-notch childcare services on the ship. We've been cruising since our daughters were little, and on our first cruise our youngest had just turned two. She LOVED spending time in the onboard nursery, and we were able to enjoy some adult time onboard, knowing she was well-taken care of and safe.
"it's a small world" nursery! is a magical, whimsical space for little cruisers ages 6 months to 3 years old. Little ones can play, nap, and participate in fun activities, all under the watchful eyes of amazing Youth Counselors. Space is limited, so it's best to reserve nursery hours when your advance reservation window opens for Onboard Activities. Advance reservation windows become available based on your Castaway Club level: Up to 120 days ahead for Concierge and Platinum Castaway Club guests, 105 days ahead for Gold Castaway Club guests, 90 days ahead for Silver Castaway club guests, and 75 days ahead for first-time Disney cruisers. If you'd like to reserve additional hours once onboard, you'll have an opportunity to make reservations on a first-come, first-served basis on embarkation day and throughout your cruise. From my experience, they typically have a large selection of time slots available once you're onboard. Keep in mind that guests can make cancellations without penalty 4 hours or more before their reservation time, so additional time slots may become available each day.
Thanks for stopping by with your question. Have a magical day! - Diane W.
