Traveling with a 5 year old. Do you recomend bringing a stroller from home?

Hello Kimberly, welcome to the Disney Parks Mom's Panel!

I have to say yes, yes and yes!

Strollers are a great comfort during a Walt Disney World vacation.  Not only will your child be well rested to make stand in lines the whole day, he will also get to take a nap or two if he desires so.

Strollers are also the best bag to keep and carry extra clothes, water bottles, ponchos, snacks, camera, ...
A rain hood  for the stroller may come in handy.

My kids are 8 and 6 and though they will not use a stroller back home, they love them at Disney.

Strollers can be closed and stored on Disney buses and boats.  On the Disney Monorail and certain boats you do not have close and store the stroller.

Strollers have been of great convenience to my family and highly recommend taking your own.

It is good to arrive to your room late at night with your child resting on the stroller.
Carrying a kid all day will be tiresome for the parents and for the kids.

Put some tags or labels on the stroller, so that it be easier to locate it at all times.

Thank you for visiting and letting us help you plan a magical Disney vacation.
